Great people to work with. Excellent benefits. Two fitness centers and free exercise classes. Very flexible schedules. Good pay for this area. People are always willing to help you, it's a family atmosphere. Management wants the caregivers to be happy. Promotes continuing education. Awesome place to work!

Cons

Not everyone is held to the same standards. Most obstacles for department growth comes from within the company.

Pros

Like many larger, bureaucratic institutions, over-staffing and general inefficiency combine to create a generally low-mid stress environment. Benefits aren't that bad.

Cons

Comparatively low pay among the rank and file employees (certainly not among administrators or doctors). Lack of integrity between the values that are marketed to the public and internal billing practices/almighty dollar chasing.

It's not so much healthcare as the appearance of healthcare. The business is more concern about image than healthcare.

Free coffee and Tea, employee support services, nice work setting, good health insurance, management enjoys more perks and bonuses

Cons

Management is too focused on poll numbers and cookie cutter approaches to treatments. Too concerned about keywords and not actual healthcare delivery. Front line employees have wages that are in the bottom 10 percent to 19 percent compared to the national average. Management appears bloated and receiving wages and other compensations way above the national average.
