Mosaik has the same problem many companies similar in size and age have. It is trying to break out of that "startup" image. Along the way, the executive management has become somewhat disconnected from the rest of the work force. If you are not on the side of the building where the executives work, it can quickly start to feel like you are the red headed stepchild. This is unfortunate, because you will be hard pressed to find a group of people who are rooting as hard for their company to succeed as these.
It also quickly becomes evident that the Software Development team enjoys a "most favored nation" status with the executives. This leads to resentment of a group of people who have no clue as to why they are resented.
