New management was not very good at listening to people that had been there when they needed us but did not feel we were worth talking to when changes were being considered.
Provide hardware and software needed for the role. If you like the small company, feel, that has the attitudes of the 70's and 80's with what is acceptable behavior this place is for you. If you are more sensitive to the attitudes of old, then this isn't the place for you.
Cons
There is no budget, need to negotiate for license renewals, and there can be a significant delay in the company "process" that causes requotes and having to go back for new approvals as price changes. Accepting of bashing end users and change. Likes to make fun of mental and physical health.
