      Good Pay Good Benefits Incentive Based Bonuses Computer Software is genius If you are looking to be overworked but paid somewhat fairly, while not believing what comes out of management’s mouths sometimes, this job is definitely for you.

      Cons

      Management breaks ALL the rules they expect others to follow. Bigotry and xenophobia is rampant. Inappropriate jokes and mockery of employees and others who are not white males. Managers are a walking lawsuit in the making. Promotions go to outside recruitment of others

      An above average place to find a job but a poor place to find a career.

      Cons

      Management IQ is extremely low. Meaning most managers have little to know management training or skill sets. It more of a path of politics than talent or mission to raise or inspire the talents of coworkers/employees to new heights.
