Pros

I enjoyed working with the people at the branch for the most part. A good crew that you can learn a lot from as far as product knowledge goes.

Cons

The job is a grind and can be downright stressful at times. For the pay you're given, it isn't worth it. Management isn't trained. They're just thrown into the position and it doesn't always work that way with certain personalities or experience. Some salesmen aren't born for management. They have an on-call system so you're expected to be on-call for a week (including weekends) every couple of months. You also basically aren't supposed to take your lunch break because you're expected to work through it.

Pros

Better than average benefits. An OK starting wage. A large number of branches across North America, and a good chance to network within the industry.

Cons

Horrible disregard for employee safety. Terrible management structure - little to no oversight on managers; management attitude would often be considered harassment or abusive (Gossiping, rumours, etc...). Terrible/nonexistent training processes. Nepotism running rampant throughout the company. Sales matter first and foremost; if they're ok then it doesn't matter (They could be several times better if someone actually cared enough to pursue the growth) If sales are doing poorly - then it still doesn't really matter. A "Do everything as cheaply as possible" attitude is rampant. Professionalism is nonexistent.

Pros

-Coworkers were great -Fair amount of opportunity for product training -Benefits and RPP matching

Cons

-Management holds people in their position preventing advancement -Pay is not in line with industry standards based on experience -Micromanagement is abundant -Uneven bonus structure (or no bonus at all for CSM position) -Management holds different people to different expectations and tends to bury their head in the sand when confronted with moral killing/toxic workplace issues
