Pros
If you are established there you can throw a hissy fit like a 6 year old and get your way. While talking rationally and trying to solve problems is looked upon as weak. Only by having a hard angry demeanor will you get anything accomplished; and this is after several years of being there.
Cons
Fake atmosphere, constant infighting, CHILDISH antics and personalities. ZERO TRAINING!!! no safety measures which they treat as a joke and is outsourced by the Alabama headquarters. Old broken equipment which barely works. if you dont know someone or are confused by ANYTHING, simply pretend that you know because if you say something they WILL assume your incompetent and sever you just so they dont have to train you more. Pathetic weak lazy management which is over worked with far too much responsibility. Felt like highschool.
