      Pros

      Very strong company, reputable and well managed. Very strong player in the MRO market. Highly technical and a great problem solver for customers.

      Cons

      some of the younger managers in some branches are less likely to support the sales people as well as some of the more seasoned managers that have been in the role for a number of years. This is true with the smaller branches.

      Pros

      I started pushing a broom for this company 6 years ago and now I'm working with a high profile corporate account. I'm not pretending this is a standard, in fact it's not, but it brings to light the emphasis this company puts on experience, knowledge, and personality. If you got it, reguardless of your degree, you will do well. Every branch is treated as its own business and direction and demand tend to be from the local branch up vs. Corp. down.

      Cons

      Motion's mantra still seems to be throw every new hire into the fire.
