Pros

I enjoyed working with the people at the branch for the most part. A good crew that you can learn a lot from as far as product knowledge goes.

Cons

The job is a grind and can be downright stressful at times. For the pay you're given, it isn't worth it. Management isn't trained. They're just thrown into the position and it doesn't always work that way with certain personalities or experience. Some salesmen aren't born for management. They have an on-call system so you're expected to be on-call for a week (including weekends) every couple of months. You also basically aren't supposed to take your lunch break because you're expected to work through it.

Pros

All the perks that go along with working for a large multi-national company while enjoying the atmosphere and teamwork one finds at a local branch.

Cons

Somewhat limited in personal advancement as senior managers are imported from outside the branch.
