      Salary and non management employees were great

      Horrible management. I’ve been in management and there are several red flags in this department. The culture is hostile and you constantly feel like you are walking on eggshells. Getting reprimanded for small or insignificant mistakes that made the whole experience toxic. They will fire you without any written documentation. They have no infrastructure or interest in growing their employees. You take the abuse until you get fired.

      Overall, the company is good.

      Cons

      The Integrated Marketing department is the worst managed department I e ever experienced. My direct manager was constantly mentally abusive, and gaslighted me consistently. I was one of several people to fill my role over a period of two years and came in with a lot of experience, but this manager is too emotionally unstable. It wasn’t just me either as vendors commented repeatedly on how difficult they were and how awful they were treated. Avoid this department
