      If you like being independent, good. Don't expect a team here

      Cons

      No support, favoritism, constant HR issues, boys club, overworked, short staffed, hiring freezes, travel bans that only apply to certain individuals, irresponsible powertripping management, no reward for being a good employee, no consequences to those who are not.

      They are all about employee development. Great people to learn from at every level. Very strong financial organization.

      This is a large organization, so inefficiencies can be frustrating at times, but it is not terrible.
