Motion has an amazing company culture where employees are encouraged to share their ideas and are supported with ample learning and development opportunities. The corporate operations department is full of very intelligent and hardworking people who are focused on process improvement and automation. GPC (parent company) has a very robust & diverse benefits package (pet insurance, mental health counseling, adoption assistance, etc). Healthy work/ life balance is very emphasized.
Cons
It is a very big company, so communication between departments as well as between the corporate office and branches is somewhat siloed.
