Pros

Friendly place with flexible hours... good work life balance(mostly)

Cons

raises are given to each department so that everyone could get 3%. The manager adjusts it +/- based on performance. So if someone gets 4% someone else is stuck with 2%. Inflation is projected to be 2-2.5% for the next ten years. So your raise barely covers the rising price of medical insurance. The only way to get a real raise is to get to higher position

Pros

401k 5% match, ok just barely decent not outstanding benefits

Cons

Lack of communication all around. Lack of product knowledge training. Lack of company procedures training . There is no “team” at the local branch. Coworkers who pass along everything because they did not do that order or so and so handles your account. Total lack of advancement seems like any open opportunity for another position is non existent. Looks like open positions are preordained with the people they want and they just go through the motion. I can go on and on.
