      Pros

      Large company with lots of possible resources, training and a variety of experience opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of communication up and down management chain, at least in lower management to upper management. Executive management is slow to act, which can be a positive thing at times but, in some of Motion's recent acquisitions corrective actions have been minimal.

      Pros

      Excellent wages, benefits, facilities, training, inventory, product literature, sales computer system.

      Cons

      Branch Managers run the all operation and are very rude with employees. Operation managers cover up all the complaints. District managers listen to managers only and are not visible at branches.

      Pros

      I've been with Motion for well over 5 years now. It's a decent place to work, the wages are comparable to our competitors.

      Cons

      Does everyone have a company vehicle but me? I still have to use my personal car for sales calls. Management needs to "wisen up".
