Pros

They pay well. The benefits include solid healthcare, and a 5% 401k match. The workload can be very low. The non technical side of the business is incredibly well run. I can't see them failing anytime soon because of that.

Cons

A lot of the tech stack you learn about is ancient and irrelevant. The existing technical workers, especially those who have been working there for more than 5 years do not have the skills to run a modern technical organization. It has the lowest level of technical knowledge per employee I have ever seen at any engineering shop.
