Pros
A large company with pretty good benefits. People are great, and middle management is great. Higher leadership is ok. My position had flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home.
Cons
Low compensation. No carrier guidance from leadership. No appreciation of military experience. I was expected to work closely with Corporate Account Managers but compensation did not have any incentives for me. Just mid-40s hourly rate, no overtime. When I asked to talk about a raise I was told I had a raise when I got my yearly review. For 2021 it was 1.5% when inflation was 7%.
