- Team is super nice, helpful and individually smart and committed. - Lots of room to learn in a challenging field. - Opportunities to develop and apply SOTA machine learning to problems in the AV stack.

Cons

- The AV field in general has had its challenges in the past few years and it remains to be seen how big of a player Motional will be in this space in the coming years.
