The team is expanding and has built a solid foundation. Overall, the experience with Motional AV has been smooth. The team is dedicated to resolving long-tail challenges and corner cases, and there remains considerable opportunity for further development.

Cons

As a growing team, there are still areas where processes can be more streamlined. Solving long-tail issues can occasionally limit the ability to focus on broader innovation. Communication and coordination will need continued improvement as the team expands.

-3 day weekends. -Easy work. -The drivers/people are the best part, feels like a good community.

Cons

-Unable to explore other positions, essentially stuck where you begin even if you have previous experience in other positions. -Only able to move up based on who you know, not what you know. -Supervisors/management have poor communication skills -Training is outdated and lacks consistency among instructors, additionally the training is done by 'instructors' who don't operate the vehicles on a daily basis so they often don't have a clue on actual vehicle behavior -Required to use PTO when you call off, as well as no unpaid days off
