Pros

High-Caliber Talent: I’ve been here for a few months and am consistently impressed by the intelligence and motivation of the people. It is rare to find a team this smart that is also this humble. My hiring experience was better than most - great communication, informative interviews, and timeline expectations. Onboarding Support: The "sink or swim" mentality doesn't exist here. Teams are incredibly collaborative and go out of their way to get new hires up to speed. People make themselves available to answer questions, which has made ramping up much smoother. Intentional Alignment: There is a strong culture of "one team." When workstreams overlap, leadership and peers actively work to align efforts rather than competing. It feels like everyone is building in the same direction. Approachable Leadership: The hierarchy feels flat in the best way. Leadership is accessible and open to input.

Cons

High Velocity Environment: This is a place for builders, not coasters. People work hard and have full plates, but it comes from a place of passion for the tech rather than just "grind." You need to be comfortable with high agency and managing your own prioritization. Scaling Processes: As we tackle complex challenges, cross-functional alignment is an ongoing effort (but a recognized focus). We are moving in the right direction, but connecting the dots across different orgs requires proactive communication.
