Pros
Career path was strong and the projects were good until they targeted a single client. The company used to have technically strong leaders and a good Delivery manager but now they don't.
Cons
A lot of them. 1. Division of workspace which imposes a mental barrier for the employees. 2. Focused on a single client which is making others think about job change. 3. No leadership skills in Management. 4. HR department is outdated and is focused more on policies rather than the employee relation development. 5. The technical leaders are not skilled in their job and they are outdated and cannot distinguish between good and bad technical decisions. 6. The perks are paltry compared to similar companies in that space. 7. PAY is pathetic. 8. R&D is discouraged (The reason I left) 9. Accounts department will not respond to your calls after your hand in resignation, they deposited my last salary 2 months after the last working day, there is no accountability for their actions and no one seems to care.
