Decades here has had it's ups and downs, but definately more ups. I've worked for other large corporations and the issues here are no different than any other. The grass may look greener on the other side, but I know many people who have jumped ship and ended up coming right back.

Cons

Many changes are made without completely thought out consequences to everyone affected by the change. This is probably driven by necessity, but it does create frustration.
