Good Company, many dedicated people

Pros

Ethical company with many great employees. Work-life balance is good and salaries are good. Recently they have started cutting benefits for cost reduction which I support over letting people go - although there has been some of that too.

Cons

Because there has been so much cost-cutting there are a lot of politics and not so much opportunity for advancement.
