Cons

Lack of clear leadership/direction from the senior leadership team. Too many red tape affecting itself to reinvent. focus on short term profit rather than long term growth.

This company provide best ever EPF rate among the rest of MNC company in Bayan Lepas. Besides, they also offer good contractual bonus. Now they have new building with sea view.

Cons

For R&D engineer, a lot of test will be very manual. During the test, we will transmit it in maximum power.
