      Pros

      Has good work life balance. Not stressful working here. Enjoys the flexible time provided. It's somewhat a good place to retire.

      Cons

      This company follows quite an out-dated system with length unnecessary processes. Not a good place for fresh graduates to grow technically as the learning curve here is extremely slow. The bonus or/and increment given is relatively quite low.

      Have a good work environment, benefits and culture & values, nice colleagues, they all are open to everyone.

      Cons

      Career prospect is not clear. Cannot work on the core technology of the products. So sometimes we are wondering we are behind the world in technical.
