      Pros

      It was a fun envoronment to work in when there weren't layoffs going on. Good products and technology. Good compensation.

      Cons

      There were constant rumors at the company that would lead to demotivate employees. There was to much change within management in a short amount of time.

      1. Abundant knowledge sharing between engineers. 2. The best in terms of benefit (medical, EPF, etc). 3. Pay is above market rates for performers.

      1. Can be stressful and pressured. 2. Subjective performance review. 3. Workplace can be political.
