      Pros

      Great place to groom new joiners (but people start leaving after 2 years to seek green pasture). Salary increase quite good. Car loan interest is reimbursed by 70% (anybody else doing this?). Stock option is provided to the high flyers.

      Cons

      Office politics are inevitable, though may not affect that much of the grassroot level.
