      Great place to work.

      Pros

      You get a lot of technical training. There is room for growth technically. Good performance is rewarded immediately. Great communication between managers and staff.

      Cons

      Not a lot of promotions, only slight increase in salaries. Head count is almost not existing, years of service is not rewarded adequately.
