      Pros

      The company is the leader in almost all the markets served, and we really do make some awesome products. I would recommend working here.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits are taking a hit with reduced healthcare coverage at a higher expense, and sometimes the large company has a little too much inertia.

      Business casual environment, friendly co-workers, steady paced environment, even though you are on a large campus there is a small "family" appeal

      Cons

      the company has obviously been outsourcing many of its contacting outside the United States, it seems as if their budget is shrinking
