      Good pay for me at least.

      Cons

      The Manager is horrible. You are expected to monitor alarms as a Supervisor, alarms the technician's do not acknowledge. If you do not level up to her standards which is extremely high if you are not a favorite, you will be discriminated against to the point where it's hard to do your job. You are expected to micromanage and the Manager picks favorites. If you do not meet up to her expectations you will be terminated. Do not work here. Sweat shop.

      - Great people to work with - Great amount of PTO - Go 401k - Name brand for your resume

      Cons

      - MSI is not interested in keeping you happy, they have a turn and burn mentality - No growth, have to leave the company - Want you to work for dirt cheap

      The management is so kind, they genuinely care about you as a individual.

      Cons

      The industry is poor and there is zero money to make here as the market is already saturated. Everyone left due to the new software and learning curves. The base salary is not competitive enough in my opinion.
