Pros
Competetive salary and benefits. Very organized working environment. Smart people all around you who are always willing to provide their input and support.
Cons
Honestly, the only con I would say is job security. You never know when the company may decide to trim the fat, and when they do there seems to be no consideration for the person or what they have contributed to the company. I do realize that unfortunately, this is how big businesses are however I still consider it a con as you can never get too comfortable.
