Pros

Decent pay and benefits. A lot of talented co-workers that knew how to work as a Team and help each other out.

Cons

Company failed to innovate with a new platform and/or services for an International audience. Management failed to steer the ship in the right direction.

Pros

There were some terrific and talented people at the company to work with and, for a time, the company nearly became a true leader in the mobile arena. The salaries were between and mid and high range for most/all positions in the company and the benefits were strong.

Cons

Senior leadership was not trusted Strategy was poor and did not align with market Far too much posturing/politicking internally Technology systems were unreliable, leading to client emergencies constantly
