Company has no idea what to do now and stopped caring about the future. So very sad place to work!!

Pros

Salary & Personal days are great, where else i can make 90K w/ no supervision. Smart co-workers, but wasting talents w/ no direction of company.

Cons

Upper management stopped communicating with lower tiers and weekly meetings ended months ago. Not sure if company has any idea what to do now, since no cares anymore. Do not know what the future holds.
