Employee owned - This should be a pro, but it is only management that are invited to be shareholders. In reality for most people this means profit comes first which doesn't reward you if you're not a shareholder.
Many staff get stuck working on a large project for very long periods of time, and others get a lot more variety. This just seems to be down to luck.
Sometimes work is low and you spend a lot of time asking for more work. This somewhat comes with the territory of working in a consultancy, but during this time if you don't have a project to book time to, people start asking questions.
Since joining over a year ago there have been many staff who have left. This seems to be a major problem for graduates and others with <5 years of experience. Initial salary is pretty good, but pay rises are small and promotions seem to be entirely dependent on time at the company and not at all on performance, which leads to people leaving move up.
