Pros
Overall good work-life balance (depending on the project), if you are in a designer position you can get good guidance. Overall nice community of employees worldwide to network.
Cons
If you work in BIM and are not in the right team with a good manager, you can end up feeling stuck on guidance and learning (most engineers there don't know or care much about BIM/scripting etc, and somehow that is overlooked). Quite slow salary growth ..
