      Fairly good salary and benefits. Some support staff in the UK very good and very responsive. Some of the staff in the projects area very supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Some of the MML staf in the project area and also in the UK lacked the necessary knowhow and experience, with few failing to apply themselves, and employing underhand tactics.
