      Pros

      The work environment is typically relaxed and the workload is manageable. There are a lot of opportunities, but they're all dependent on your personal drive and initiative and nothing is given easily.

      Cons

      The local management (past leads) is uninvolved in the day to day issues and overworked. The executives are not very concerned or knowledgeable about what the staff here actually do in the US power market. The pay/benefits combination is generally low compared to local competition, but the work/life balance is more family friendly (usually). Employee professional development takes a back seat to earning fees, so any formal training or attendance at industry conferences is generally unheard of.

      Very good work life balance; Lot of easy to connect people; Lot of learning opportunities inside the firm; The Firm has quite diverse business service lines; A firm you can stay for long

      Detrimental Politics; Very low salaries; High Attrition; Too much red tape brought in only when management needs it; Very slow to respond; Losing talent which is good at client relationship; Extremely limited international exposure; Needs a management / vision/ mission overhaul; Many good management cadre talent has lost aggressive in business
