Salary when compared to other design consultancies is less than industry standard. Lots of red tape and form filling in as you would expect from a global company.

Working for Mott MacDonald gives you the chance to work on a diverse and challenging range of projects across various differenter sectors. They have an excellent graduate programme and the salary and benefit scheme are great.

Cons

Salary reviews as a graduate are 6-monthly, which is great. However, salary for staff beyond this point is less competitive compared to other companies (for chartered / senior engineers, for example)
