Depending on your line manager/ PM your work place experience can go either way. The company has good potential to be great place

Cons

Some senior people need to be more receptive and innovative. What has been cannot always work. Needs strategic direction rather than traditional ways of the old days.

Good work life balance and friendly colleagues Excellent opportunities in other offices

Cons

Chances of success highly dependent on which office you are in. Lots of poor quality technical managers with poor technical knowledge. Once they become shareholders it seems that senior staff are impossible to get rid of. Progression based on years' service rather than ability. In-fighting between different divisions very frustrating.
