Business Outlook
Pros
Company has good range of projects across amazing diversity of markets. Management give you responsibility from an early stage, but with the support to ensure you are developing. The culture is very positive, which comes from the employee ownership, it really does feel like everyone wants each other to succeed.
Cons
You have to be quite self motivated, managers will not be overly directive (for me this is actually a pro) The organisation is so diverse it is sometimes difficult to know what other areas of the business are doing.
