      Pros

      Fantastic team of people to support and encourage you to be your best. Compared to my last job, I have loved every second of my time here at Mott MacDonald. Everyone is so nice and makes you feel valued. Some incredibly talented people here.

      Cons

      I honestly couldn't think of something to write here...maybe communication skills...but this is a global company and the time differences between 160 countries can sometimes mean communication isn't always smooth sailing.
