      Pros

      Supportive autonomy - if you are doing a good job, managers are prepared to let you use your epxertise, and manage own work, while at the same time being supportive and ensuring there are opportunites to develop. People are great, everyone is friendly but also inspiring.

      Cons

      Feel I could probably earn more elsewhere, but have to balance that with the environment, and opportuntiy....
