      Pros

      Excellent place to work! Allows you to grow in direction you wish! Gives you all the chances to perform. If you are looking to put in more than 5 years at the same place, MM is the place to be. You see results of your hard work after 4-5 years and then there is no looking back.

      Cons

      In the initial years you need to keep patience.

      Pros

      Very very limited the only one is , in some divisions, flexibility of work between office and home. No advantages for being a medium engineering and consulting firm.

      Cons

      Merit and true performers not rewarded in an environment that it is too much political and hierarchical. Non performers can hide for too long. It is several businesses whose sum value is not more than the sum of the parts.
