      Pros

      Good working environment and benefits. Supportive HR and IT. Company is employee owned and has grown rapidly Annual pay raises.

      Cons

      You have to be a grade "E" or higher on a scale of A to I to be eligible for stocks. Pay raises could be more proactive and higher, instead of just scheduled pay raises.

      Its a brand if we look at similar industries ..so anyone associated with Mott has better future prospects. Working conditions are comfortable .while working you can easily make balance between work n Personal life.

      Cons

      Disparity in appraisal system.Need to improve on basic amenities like canteen.
