Variety of projects and which keeps everything exciting. Supportive, innovative. Strong reputation in the industry.

Cons

Whilst working on projects across multiple offices brings in the right skills, diversity of teams and resilience, it doesn't always help with team cohesion. Very risk averse which makes some activities slower to implement than other consultancies, but I understand it's needed to protect the business.
