      Great Company + The People + Exciting Projects

      Pros

      - Great company to work for and have lots of exciting projects - Great people - Lots of social events - Always looking to work on new technology - Great for diversity probably one of the best i seen - Have a great manager - Work life balance

      Cons

      - Promotion is bit of a issue but every company has this issue - Disconnected if working on a project for a demanding client - At times to much emphasis on winning work and not enough on planning but that is the nature of the beast - 3-4 days in the office, this makes sense if you are working at a client site but when going to office just to sit on client calls virtually makes no sense. Think its a shame they gone back to this when it worked so well during the covid period. Only matter of time before it will be mandatory for 5 days in the office.
