1.No proper office area 2. Hiring done by sending wrong job descriptions for e.g I was hired for a .Net profile and expected to work on Sharepoint. All interview rounds were also related to .Net only. 3. Poor Management - They told me to leave the company after hiring saying that there are no .Net opportunities. 4. No respect for people's careers - I had left a good place because of this company's offer and was expecting to serve a long term.

Poor employee benefits. They are least bothered about employees in India unit and i feel Chennai is the worst location to work for. They did an awful job in designing the Chennai office with very poor basic amenities like toilet, pantry and parking area which is in the 1:20 ratio for toilet and pantry area. no HR is available in Chennai location and she visited this office only after 4 months after we moved in here. Cab transport facility is worst and the vendor is the boss there. No career advancement would be there in your line of work if you are in IT, you have to cross skill for career advancement though you can do the same in your technology itself. IT people are treated differently and their concerns are never solved. Payroll team here works here really slow and you have to chase them for each and every thing you want. HR team is there to only hear your concerns and doesn't work to resolve them. Waiting to move out of this place real quick.
