Young team who organise lots of fun socials.

Cons

No career progression without getting chartered. Poor leadership who doesn’t really do anything to “lead” or really care about the teams personal development. Boring and repetitive work.

Cons

Top heavy structure. Senior management are cliquey, incompetent, and support each other rather than the company. Staff well-being is touted as a core value however not implemented in practice.
