      Typically well packaged company but inside is rotten

      Cons

      Promotes DEI etc but management exploits and shows gender discrimination

      Pros

      People are friendly and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Big focus is on chartership, which is not available for all consulting roles. You are forced into doing chartership or accept that they will continue to use it as a stumbling block for promotion. This becomes a tick-boxing exercise for many people that don't fit squarely in engineering or sciences.
