The physics behind the work we did was fun and my boss and team were great. Workload was very nice too.

Cons

Low pay with little increase. They lied when making the initial offer. I would stay away.

This information is also included in the contract, which details the salary review process for graduates. Those hired under our graduate scheme will have salary reviews only after the successful completion of their probationary period, twice each year, during the 30-36 months of employment.
