      Good work culture, but limited growth opportunities

      Good work culture and work/ life balance.

      Cons

      There is no growth for juniors. Limited work opportunities to try new things. You don’t get a say on anything when it comes to your career. You do one thing and it’s all you do for the next couple years. Raises don’t make sense and it all depends on your manager and how much they like you. You have to go around asking for work and it gets exhausting fast because they just want you billable.
