      Nice place, rewards remarkably poor and miserably managed.

      Pros

      Good place to work, mostly positive and interactive. Work life balance largely supported.

      Cons

      Bizarre claim to be employee owned - though technically correct, shares distributed at a certain level with no process of how awarded. Cloak and daggers stuff. To add to this, performance bonus appears to be swept away by trivial non-compliance with admin tasks. So full years worth of top performance at secondment level matters little if you've a late timesheet, issued mandatory training late etc. Pretty dire.

However, flexibility depends heavily on your manager—some teams enjoy full remote options, while others are expected to be in the office daily. Opportunities to Move Around: There are chances to work on different projects and roles within the company, which helps with career growth. However, this is dependent on business needs and project availability

      Cons

      Business Over People: While the company promotes a people-first culture, in reality, decisions are heavily business-driven, and employee well-being often feels like an afterthought. Minimal Pay Increases: Even when the company performs well, salary increases are small, making it difficult to feel truly valued.
